At KDGA, we want you to love every tiny detail of your miniature kits and book nooks. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please read our policy below before making a return or refund request.


🔄 Returns

Due to the delicate and custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unopened, in original packaging, and unused

  • You must provide photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or wrong item)

📧 Email us at support@kdga.store with your order number and issue details. We'll guide you through the process.

Please do not return items without contacting us first – we won’t be able to process unapproved returns.


💸 Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved:

  • We’ll either resend the item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Orders with incorrect shipping info provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs or couriers outside our control

  • Gift cards or sale items (unless defective)


📦 Lost or Stuck Packages

If your order hasn't arrived after 30 days, contact us. We'll help investigate and may offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.


🧩 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@kdga-diy.com with clear photos and your order number.
