Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Due to the nature of DIY kits, assembled or partially assembled items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
